But there are some add ons is not compatible with this latest Firefox browser. Like the older versions of disable IDM, and other add ons that can not run in firefox version 4. To run again your add ons installed in Firefox versions 3.6.x and want to run in firefox version 4, the following tips:
1. First, you need to install add-on called "Add-on compatibility reporter"
2. Then, restart Firefox. This is to enable the add-on.
3. Next, you need to restart Firefox once again for the next install add-ons as desired.
4. Then in the address bar type "about: addons" (without the quotes) to get the add-ons.
5. Now you can use the add-ons that had previously been installed in firefox 3.6.x versions of Firefox is version4.
