computer could not shut down

For those of you who have a problem when shutting down the computer and immediately restart AKA do not want to die, here's one of my experiences that might be useful for those of you who experienced similar things.

Shutdown the computer when in fact not even a restart normal restart, especially for users of OS Windows XP. This problem is actually caused by his error, or perhaps your file system is better known as BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death.

By default setting for Windows XP when it crashes / BSOD is automatically restarted. So you may not see or know that your computer is experiencing a BSOD when you try to shut down your computer.

To be able to find this BSOD error messages you have to adjust the settings so that when the BSOD restart the computer but do not directly show the BSOD message.

The trick Right click on My Computer and select Properties, then select the Advanced tab and uncheck the Automatically Restart. See pictures for more details
Once completed it is time you tried turning off your computer and view and record the error message that appears. In the cases I've ever experienced an error that appears is STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error} The Windows Logon Process system process terminated Unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000034 (0x00000000 0x0000000) The system has been shutdown.Dari error message can be seen clearly that the file system winlogon problem.

Actually, when we already know the BSOD message that we can easily find the solution with the help of google, and you just enter the error message to the google search box. And usually there are many forums that discuss outside of it. Cuman munkin mostly English-language search results: D. Well you just saw and read the best solution and then you apply to your own computer. Hopefully be resolved: D.

But once again the case that I experienced when the computer restarts when the shutdown, I use another way to fix it. Tools I use HijackThis to see a list of startup the computer, and from the HijackThis scan results can be seen there is a library that is loaded automatically by windows named winmxw32.dll. Intrigued with the file and then I try to look for information about this file and the result was this file is a Trojan as stated on the web http://www.threatexpert.com/files/winmxw32.dll.html.

Next I tried to see the location of the file in the folder C: \ Windows \ system32 and when I try to delete the file, the result was Access Denied. Perhaps because the library file is being used by one process is running.

The next tool I use is Unlocker, its function is to find out what process is opening or using the winmxw32.dll file. And after winlogon.exe was being analyzed using the library. And then I try to unlock it and remove it winmxw32.dll file by pressing "Shift + Delete" (permanent delete). But ooops apparently because deleting the file dialog window appears that says that the winlogon file problem and the computer will restart.

After the restart and then I try to check the existence of a file in the system32 folder winmxw32.dll and the results file was no longer found there. Then I try to do the shutdown and the results were useful, a computer can now be in Shutdown with no error message or restart again.

Update:
If the file winmxw32.dll not found, try searching for the file *. Other suspicious dll file that may be changing the name, try searching for it file by file name ends "32.dll". If for example you try to find the definition found the file and if you could also try an online scan at http://virustotal.com

Well for those of you who experienced the same thing with my experience please apply to me, perhaps just the exact same case. O yes for the uninitiated where should mengundul HijackThis and unlocker tools you please open http://www.filehippo.com :D. Good Luck!
